Second-hand, full-market sales in the last six months that went for under half the median for their Eircode routing area, where that area had at least 40 sales in the previous year.

Why a sale is flagged, and why it may be nothing. The register records price, address and date — not size, condition or type. A one-bed apartment in an area of four-bed houses will look “cheap”.
