About Goldmine

Every residential sale in Ireland is recorded in the Property Price Register. It is public, and almost nobody uses it well: it has no search by area worth the name, no comparables, no sense of which sales stand out.

Goldmine loads the register every week and does that work — area medians and quartiles, the same address sold twice, sales far below their local comparables — and puts RTB rents beside it so you can see yields. Then it gives you calculators that cost a deal properly, from stamp duty to CGT, with every assumption in plain view.

We do not list properties for sale, value homes, or tell you what to buy. We show recorded evidence and make the arithmetic honest. Read the methodology.
